The Committee on Agrarian Policy and Land Relations recommends that the Parliament adopts at the Second Reading and as a Basis the Bill on Amendments to the Law "On Governmental Support of Agriculture of Ukraine" (re Enhancement of Mechanisms of State Price Regulation of Agricultural Market, Insurance of Agricultural Production Risks and Actions aimed at Restoration of Cattle Breeding and Implementation of Social Programs in Rural Areas)

The Bill (Reg.№2375) envisages the improvement of the mechanism of the state support of the agricultural sphere, in particular agricultural investments, state budget loans etc.

According to the principles of the bill "The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine implement the rates of the formation of the investment fund taking into account the situation in the agricultural sphere and predicted balance of the demand and supply balance for the next marketing period for the objects of the state price regulations".

Moreover, the Bill envisages that "Agency is under the authority and control of the central body of the executive power on the issues of the realization of the state agricultural policy".
