The Law enhances governmental regulation of operation of credit history bureaus, as it defines the specially authorized public authority body in charge of regulation of financial services markets (the State Commission on Regulation of Financial Services Markets) as an authorized body in charge of regulation of operation of credit history bureaus.
A relevant Bill was registered under Reg. No.2316.
