The Bill (Reg. No.2311) supplements the list of types of economic activity subject to licensing with the activity on sale (any operations presupposing the transfer of property rights) of air engines, details and complementing parts, avionic equipment and other aviation machinery. Moreover, pursuant to the Bill, preliminary receipt of certificates for manufacture and repair of such equipment is an obligatory condition for a license to be received.
