The Bill (Reg. No.2391) introduces a number of amendments to the Laws "On Licensing of certain Types of Economic Activity" and "On Chemical Sources of Current" aimed at further enhancement of licensing of economic activity and curtailment of types of activity subject to licensing.
Thus, the Bill suggests a regulation, pursuant to which, the licensing can be introduced only in case the conduct of economic activity can not be regulated by effective regulatory acts or by means of introducing amendments to them.
