Mykola Tomenko: the General Prosecution and the Profile Committee of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine should Immediately Respond to the Actions of Chernovetsky aimed at Destruction of Physical Culture in Kyiv
Mykola Tomenko appealed to the Prosecution General of Ukraine, Oleksandr Medvetskiy in order to immediately respond to the actions of Kyiv State Administration aimed at Destruction of Physical Culture in Kyiv
In the letter to the Prosecutor General of Ukraine M. Tomenko stressed that the coaches and leaders of the sport schools for children in Kyiv city and parents of children that attend sport institutions appealed to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine regarding illegal actions of the Chairman of the Kyiv City administration aimed at Destruction of Physical Culture in Kyiv.
L. Chernovetsky suggested that the financing of the activity of sport schools for Children and Youth should be implemented at the expense of the parents also it was stressed on the necessity of the implementation of the fee-paid services. According to the participants of the meeting with the L. Chernovetsky the manner of communication of the Kyiv mayor is inadmissible not only for the conversation with the state officers , moreover between the polite people.
M. Tomenko mentioned that according to the laws of Ukraine the state guarantees the free-of charge sport and curative services for the children, and the financing of the sport schools is realized through the funds of the state budget.
The Vice-Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has also appealed to Pavlo Kostenko, the Chairman of the Committee on Family Matters, Youth Policy, Sport and Tourism in order to investigate the situation.
M. Tomenko stressed that the activity of the Chairman of Kyiv State Administration should be a subject of investigation not only of General Prosecution of Ukraine but also of Security Service of Ukraine.
