Pursuant to the Resolution, central and local executive bodies, local self-government bodies should take immediate measures to preserve the current network of cultural establishments: theaters, clubs, museums, libraries, art galleries (exhibitions), archives, out-of-school establishments of esthetic education of children and youth, cinemas, organizations that unite professional and amateur groups of different age groups.
