The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted as a Basis the Bill on Amendments to the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers "On State Duty" (re Operations with Securities)

The Bill (Reg. No.3067) establishes the State duty for the registration of the issue of securities (except of public bonds and local loans) at the rate of 0,1per cent of nominal price of the issue of securities, but no more than a five times the amount of a minimum wages established for 1 January 2009; derivatives at the rate of 50 non-taxable living wages.
