Pursuant to the Bill, in the settlements without notaries public, an official of a relevant self-government body is authorized to commit certain notarial actions, except of certification of powers of attorney for the administration of real estate, powers of attorney for administration and management of corporate rights, and powers of attorney for the use and management of transport vehicles.
A relevant Bill was registered under Reg. No.3586.
