The Bill (Reg. No.2046) supplements the Family Code of Ukraine with the regulations, pursuant to which, "the persons who were convicted for the crimes against life and health of a person, against will, honour and dignity of a person, person´s sexual freedom and sexual inviolability, against morality, in the field of turnover of drugs, psychotropic substances or precursors, or have unsettled conviction for other crimes can not become adopters".
