The Bill (Reg. No.3125) offers legislative regulation of relations that originate due to the exemption (repurchase) of especially valuable lands and lands used for the extraction of mineral resources.
The Bill was elaborated to enhance legal protection of especially valuable lands, interests of the State and its economic security in part of the prohibition on the transfer of land plots used for strip mining of mineral resources of national importance into the private or municipal ownership.
