The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law "On Amendments to certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine concerning Repayment of Debt before the Pension Fund of Ukraine and Enhancement of Responsibility for Violation of Legislation in the Field of Compulsory State Retirement Insurance"

The Law reduces the rate of penalty for the insurers´ non-payment or untimely payment of insurance fees to the Pension Fund of Ukraine, and envisages a possibility to pay by installments.

 

A relevant Bill was registered under Reg. No.2315.
