The Bill (Reg. No.3631) specifies certain regulations of the effective Law in order to improve identification of advertisement broadcast by the television and radio broadcasting companies and enhance responsibility for its content.
The Committee members introduced a number of remarks concerning the Bill.
Thus, they deem necessary to change the phrase "airtime" into the phrase "audio-visual information" in the definition of the term "logotype" (brand name, trade mark) in paragraph 2 of the Bill.
