The First Vice-Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine emphasizes that the Constitution of Ukraine does not provide the prohibition on the pre-termed elections of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine before the President´s elections.

"There is no prohibition. There is only a right of the President on pre-termed termination of mandate of the Parliament that it looses in a half a year before the pre-termed president´s elections".

The first Vice-Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine supposes that the pre-termed elections of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine the same as pre-termed President´s Elections should be held as soon as possible unless the current authorities do not want to voluntary retire.
