The Parties discussed the matters concerning development and extension of inter-parliamentary cooperation.
The Parties also exchanged their opinions concerning cooperation between Ukraine and the European Union and gradual integration of Ukraine into the EU domestic market. The participants dwelled upon the prospects of potential Ukraine´s accession to the NATO.
Oleh Bilorus highly appreciated relations between the countries and expressed his hopes for further development of stable bilateral relations between Ukraine and France.
Erik Diar, Head of the Delegation the French-Ukrainian Group on Inter-Parliamentary Liaison of the National Assembly of the Republic of France, stressed that "French-Ukrainian cooperation was characterized by high potential and prospects of further development".
