The Bill (Reg.№3438) is aimed at the legislative determining of the main principles of the technological security and state regulation of the technologically dangerous objects in particular licensing, state examination, audit, civil liability insurance etc.
The members of the Committee deems that the realization of the Bill "facilitate the implementation of the strict supervision system for the sphere of technological security".
