Volodymyr Lytvyn declared on the Necessity of the Formation in Ukraine of the Round Table with the President of Ukraine, Prime-Minister of Ukraine and the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and the Leader of the Opposition
He deems that the Round Table should be held on the neutral territory, "for example in Sofia Kyivska".
The Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine is convinced that during the first meeting of such an example, the agenda should be discussed and then it should be determined "how the state life will be organized in future, until the president´s elections, what can be done in this context and what is possible ways of country´s development".
V. Lytvyn stressed that he would appreciate "any steps in the dialogue and adoption of the necessary decisions". Also he mentioned that such a dialogue should be held "maximum depoliticizationed, taking into the consideration all the depth of the conflicts that exist today".
