The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has adopted the Law "On Amendments to the Law "On Farming Enterprises"

The Law improves the current system of laws concerning the farming enterprises.
In particular, article 5 of the Law "On farming Enterprises" is complemented by the new part that envisages the separation of the farmstead, according to the Civil Code of Ukraine.
Corresponding Bill is registered in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, №3012
