The Committee on Science and Education recommends that the Parliament adopt the Bill on Amendments to the Article 27 of the Law "On Higher Education" (re the Formation of the Educational Estates with the Participation of the Foreign Natural and Juridical Persons) as a Basis

During the Meeting it was mentioned that the formation of the educational estates with the participation of the foreign natural and juridical persons is held according to the International Treaties ratified by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. Nevertheless such treaties are not signed for the present day.

The Bill (Reg.№2383) envisages the amendments to the current order of the formation of the suggested estates in Ukraine.
