The Bill (Reg.№2632) recommends that the Amendments to the Laws "On Conceptions", "On Melioration of Lands", "On Stimulating of the Development of the Modern State Machinery Construction", "On Stimulating of the Development of Domestic Machinery Construction" aimed at the improvement of finance provision of building, reconstruction and exploration of meliorating systems.
