The Bill (Reg. No.3317) supplements Part 1, Article 242 of the Civil Code of Ukraine with regulations that determine authorities of parents (adopters) as legal representatives of their young and under age children.
The Bill includes requirements to be observed by parents while concluding agreements on alienation of real estate or other agreements envisaged by Article 71 of the Civil Code of Ukraine.
