The Bill (Reg. No.3328) regulates the issue concerning granting of the national status to the higher education establishments, i.e. transfers relevant authorities to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, and specifies the procedure of election and approval of a head of a higher education establishment of the fourth level of accreditation.
Thus, the Bill increases the rate to be achieved by a candidate to the post of a head of a higher education establishment of the third-fourth level of accreditation, and obliges the owner or an authorized body to appoint the person suggested by a higher collegiate public self-government body of a higher education establishment.
