The Law aims at attraction of investments into the community facilities and protection of customers´ rights in the said sector. The Law defines peculiarities of legal regulation of concession relations as regards objects in State or municipal ownership exploited for centralized water supply, heating, and drainage.
A relevant Bill was registered under Reg. No. 0949.
