The Vice-Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Mykola Tomenko appealed to the Chairmen of the Parliamentary Committee on State Budget and Local Self-governing to investigate the implementation of the new paid services for Kyiv citizens by Kyiv State Authority.
"New initiatives of the Kyiv city authorities are out of the sense and respect to the people" that is why he appealed to the Profile Parliamentary Committee, in order protect the rights of the citizens that are determined by the Constitution of Ukraine.
