The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine passed a Resolution "On the Report of the Temporary Inquiry Panel of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine set up to investigate the Facts of Violation of the Constitution of Ukraine, the Land Code of Ukraine, other Laws of Ukraine by Ternopil City Council, Non-Fulfillment of Court Decisions by Allocation, Transfer, Rendering of Land Plots, Malfeasances in Administration of Objects in Municipal Ownership, and Inactivity of Prosecution Bodies concerning Violation of Ukrainia

The report of the Temporary Inquiry Panel was taken into account. It will be forwarded to the General Prosecution, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Security Service for scrutiny and relevant response. The People´s Deputies passed a resolution to listen to the report of the Prosecutor General, leaders of the Security Service of Ukraine and the Ministry of Internal Affairs concerning response of the said bodies to the violations mentioned in the report of the Temporary Inquiry Panel.  

 

Pursuant to the Resolution, the authorities of the Temporary Inquiry Panel were terminated.

 

A relevant Bill was registered under Reg. No.3236.
