The participants of the sitting commented upon the appeal of the People´s Deputies concerning violation of effective legislation during the sale of the State block of shares of JSC "Khersonski Kombainy".
The members of the Panel dwelled upon the situation at the enterprise: 44 people are still employed, accounts payable total 50 thousand UAH, arrears in wages amount to 1 million UAH. According to the People´s Deputies, the enterprises in not operating due to the lack of industrial equipment.
The members of the panel recommend that the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraone develops an action plan aimed at the improvement of financial conditions of JSC "Khersonski Kombainy", and studies the efficiency of activity of the State holding companies.
The members of the panel also resolved to address the General Prosecution of Ukraine with a request to hold another inspection of the circumstances under which the State block of shares in the amount of 50% plus one share of JSC "Khersonski Kombainy" was sold.
