The Bill (Reg. No. 2321) regulates the following issues: special status of the city hero Sevastopol, peculiarities of realization of the right of Sevastopol territorial community for the local self-government; peculiarities of realization of executive authority in the city; settlement of budget problems and issues concerning management of municipal property, etc.
The Committee members passed a resolution to forward the Bill for further elaboration and set up a working group with the participation of People´s Deputies and representatives of relevant Ministries and departments.
