Mykola Tomenko: there is no Serious Ground for the Bill on the State Support of "Artek" is not signed
The Vice-Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine does not understand the reasons of non-signing of the Law by the President of Ukraine that concerns the support of "Artek" and "Moloda Gvardya".
The Parliament has adopted on the 3rd of February 2009 two laws concerning the solving of the issue.
"The documents were efficiently scrutinized and directed to the President of Ukraine for signature on the 6th of February", - the Vice-Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine said.
