"In 2005, orange authorities have assumed the authority illegally. At present, legal ignorance, I would say even legal cynicism, those standards that originated at Bankova Street, have come to the session hall like a virus", - stated Oleksandr Lavrynovych, First Vice-Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, with indignation.
O.Lavrynovych summarized the results of voting concerning activity of the National Bank of Ukraine and its leaders, which was the subject of the extraordinary session of the Parliament on 26 January.
