The members of the Committee point the attention on the fact that according to the item 85 of the constitution of Ukraine, articles 14 and 15 of the Law "On Elections of the Deputies of the Verkhovna Rada of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, local Councils Mayors of the Villages and Cities", pre-termed elections of the village and city mayor are assigned by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine in case of the pre-termed cessation of the authority of the corresp9onding mayor on Sunday, not less than 70 days to the elections.
