The Bill (Reg.№4037) introduced by the People´s Deputy V. Malyshev, envisages the amendments to the current Law according to which "Workers of the internal affairs bodies the free medical treatment is provided in the medical estates that are under the authority of the Internal Affairs Ministry"
V. Malyshev explained the necessity of the Law adoption as "to prevent the conversion and resubordination of the medical estates that are under the authority of Ministry of Internal Affairs".
The medical estates should be subordinated to the Ministry of Internal Affairs as they should preserve special functions as: medical convoy of the police workers during the service tasks, protection of the public peace during the mass disturbance etc.
