Pursuant to Article 19, Paragraph 8 of the Standing Orders of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, an initiative of 155 People´s Deputies of Ukraine concerning holding of an extraordinary plenary meeting of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine was registered, which complies with the requirements of Part 2 of Article 83 of the Constitution of Ukraine.
Therefore, the Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine announces that an extraordinary plenary meeting of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine will be launched at 10 a.m. on Monday, 26 January 2009.
