"The Decision to cancel the Resolution on the appointment of Volodymyr Stelmakh on the office of the Chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine is an example of the demonstrative leveling not only of the norms of the law or even Constitution but it a cynical example of disregard with the law as the total notion", - the First Vice-Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine declared to the newspaper "Day", giving comments upon adopted by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine descisions during the extraordinary session on 26th of January.
