The Law defines aims, priorities and conditions of privatization of State property for years 2008-2012.
The basic priorities of privatization in 2009-2013 are as follows: optimization of State property structure in the industrial sector; attraction of customers interested in the long-term development of enterprises to the privatization; increase of customers´ confidence in privatization; sale of small blocks of shares, objects of real estate and incomplete construction, etc.
A relevant Bill was registered under Reg. No.2330.
