Pursuant to the Law, "accounts payable from the State budget for the payment of long-term record increment and health-improving aid by annual leave are liable only to the insurance fees for the compulsory governmental retirement insurance that are paid under the procedure established by Part 6, Article 20 of the Law "On Compulsory Governmental Retirement Insurance" for the payment of advance premiums".
A relevant Bill was registered under Reg. No. 0957.
