The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law "On Enhancement of Responsibility for Untimely Payment of Groundless Non-Payment of Wages, Scholarship, Pension and other Legally Established Payments"

The Law enhances administrative and criminal responsibility for violation of established terms of payment of pensions, scholarships, wages or their partial payment. The Law introduces relevant amendments to the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements and the Criminal Code.  

 

A relevant Bill was registered under Reg. No. 2473.
