The Law introduces amendments to Article 92 of the Land Code of Ukraine, pursuant to which, "religious organizations of Ukraine, whose statutes are registered under the legally established procedure, acquire the right of permanent use of land plots in public and municipal ownership solely for construction and maintenance of religious and other buildings necessary for their upkeep".
A relevant Bill was registered at The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine by Reg. No.0973.
