On 10-11 February, Volodymyr Lytvyn, Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, will make a Working Visit to Brussels (the Kingdom of Belgium)

On 10-11 February, Volodymyr Lytvyn, Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, will make a working visit to Brussels (the Kingdom of Belgium).

 

According to the schedule of the visit, on Tuesday, 10 February, the Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine will meet Javier Solana, High Representative for the Common Foreign and Security Policy, Secretary-General of the Council of the European Union.

 

V.Lytvyn will also meet Joseph Daul, Chairman of the European People's Party - European Democrats Group in the European Parliament, Graham Watson, Chairman of the Alliance of Liberals and Democrats for Europe Group in the European Parliament, Yan Marinus Virsma and Hanes Svoboda, Deputy Heads of Socialist Group in the European Parliament, and Luc Van den Brande, President of the Committee of the Regions.

 

On Wednesday, 11 February, V.Lytvyn will meet Hans-Gert Pöttering, President of the European Parliament, Armand De Decker, Chairman of the Belgium's Senate, Marek Sivec, Vice-President of the European Parliament and Jacek Saryusz-Wolski, Chairman of the Committee on Foreign Affairs of the European Parliament.

 

V.Lytvyn will also give an interview to the representatives of the European mass media.
