The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law "On Amendments to the Law "On Grain and Grain Market in Ukraine" (re Specification of the Certificate Issue Procedure)

The Law coordinates regulations of the effective Law with the Law "On Licensing System in the Field of Economic Activity".

 

Thus, it specifies the procedure, under which the certificate on conformity of services related to the storage of grain and products of its processing is issued. The said certificate is granted by a specially authorized public authority body in charge of State control over the quality of grain and products of its processing.  

 

A relevant Bill was registered at The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine by Reg. No. 3352.
