The Bill (Reg. No.3058) gives a sole right for the Banknote Printing and Minting Works of the National Bank of Ukraine to manufacture State decorations.
Pursuant to the Bill, "orders, medals, badges to the titles of honour of Ukraine, badges of laureates of State Prizes of Ukraine, President´s Decorations, and other badges of State decorations and titles of honour, as well as documents certifying receipt of State decorations and titles of honour are manufactured solely by the Banknote Printing and Minting Works of the National Bank of Ukraine".
The Committee believes that adoption of the Bill will offer proper legal regulation of manufacture of the State decorations of Ukraine, and secure governmental control over their quality.
