The Bill (Reg. No.1415) includes regulations concerning principles of governmental policy in the field of packing treatment.
Thus, it establishes: planned performance in recycle of packing waste in the per cent rate to the gross packing weight; responsibilities of entities performing packing treatment concerning reduction of environmental impact of the packing waste; organizational and legal principles of establishment and activity of non-profit associations that organize separate collection and recycling of package waste.
