The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law "On Ratification of the Agreement between Ukraine and the Slovak Republic concerning Social Security"

The Agreement is aimed at enhancement of mutual relations in the field of social security of the citizens of both States. Thus, it envisages introduction of amendments to Article 20 of the Agreement, which enable transfer of payments abroad in a convertible currency, and to Article 23, pursuant to which, insurance record obtained due to the legislation of both Contractual Parties till   31.12.2001 will be considered as insurance record of the Contractual Party, at the territory of which the citizen resided at the date mentioned.  

 

A relevant Bill was registered at The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine by Reg. No. 0106.
