The Bill (Reg. No.3285) regulates "the procedure of holding of the general assembly of association members by one person who is its single participant". Pursuant to the Bill, the participants or shareholders are authorized to define in the statute that the number of votes necessary for adoption of decisions by the general assembly should exceed a mere majority of votes of participants or shareholders who take part in the assembly.
