Pursuant to the Law, "the procedure of filing the documents on transfer of funds for the payment of certain sums of insurance fees or documents that confirm actual payment of such sums by an insurer is defined by the Board of the Pension Fund of Ukraine with the consent of the National Bank of Ukraine and the central executive body in charge of labour and social policy".
A relevant Bill was registered at The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine by Reg. No.2401.
