Mykola Tomenko: Officials should not build "Communism for Children", they should suggest Realistic Bills
the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has upheld the Proposition suggested by Mykola Tomenko on the repeated second reading of the Bill on Compulsory State Program "National Plan of Actions regarding the Realization of the UNO Convention on the Children Rights for the Period till year 2016". It was supported by 349 votes.
"If implement the principles of the National Plan of Actions "the communism for children" will be built in Ukraine. Today our children live in the conditions of capitalism, to put it mildly with "non-human face" so lets at least try to build capitalism with "human face". We should not promise unreal things to UNO, especially in present state in the country", - Mykola Tomenko deems.
