The Bill (Reg.№3489) envisages amendments to certain Laws f Ukraine "aimed at the lessening of the Global Finance Crisis Influence on the labour-market of Ukraine, stop the dismissal of the workers from the enterprises balancing budget Fund of compulsory state social insurance of Ukraine in case of unemployment in years 2009-2010".
It is also envisaged that the validity of laws principles "On treaty on production distribution" and "On the holding of the Final part of Euro Football Championship 2012 in Ukraine" that let employers accept foreign workers without the permission.
It is also planned to enforce the during the period until 31st of December 2009 the norms of the law "On compulsory state social insurance of Ukraine in case of unemployment " re "the finance support in case of the loss of part of the salary during the forced dismissal because of the Global Finance Crisis".
