The Bill specifies the order of assignment of the state social aid to the low-income families.
In particular, it is envisaged that "the children who are studying in comprehensive schools should also be included into the families that are protected by the aid".
"The state social aid might be possible for the families with invalids, more than 3 children who are studying or when because of one of breadwinner´s illness there are no necessary substances"
The corresponding Bill is registered at the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, №2408.
