The Members of the Committee declared that according to the Bill (Reg3324) the creation of the state program of the development of Sanitaria and Health Sphere, improvement of the mechanism of sanatorium voucher buying for the disabled, increase the expenses for the Budget Program "Sanitaria and Health Improvement of Health of Disabled and support Sanitaria and Health estates that are under the management of the Ministry on Labour, Social Policy and Health Protection
