The Bill was elaborated "in order to coordinate relevant legislative acts of Ukraine (the Criminal Procedural, the Criminal Executive, the Customs and the Family Codes of Ukraine") with the adopted Law "On Freedom of Movement and Free Choice of the Place of Residence in Ukraine".
A relevant Bill was registered at The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine by Reg. No.0914.
