According to the Bill (Reg. №3535) it is suggested that the legislative basis for the gambling activity (licensing order responsibility for violations etc.) should be determined.
The Bill envisages "establishing of the licensing (according to item 9 of the Law "On licensing of the certain activities") for the gambling business, envisages the order of license allotment and grounds and order of it cessation".
