Committee on Freedom of Speech and Information recommends that the Parliament should adopt the Bill on Amendments to the Law "On National Council of Ukraine on Television and Radio Broadcasting" as a Basis

According to the Bill (re №3153) it is suggested that the principles of the current Law should correspond to the Constitution of Ukraine and Law "On State Regulation Policy in the Sphere of Economic Activity".

In particular amendments concern the article 17 of the current Law.

It was also stressed that the Bill envisages that "regulatory, normative legal acts should go through all the stages of adoption and order of making it public determined by the Law "On State Regulation Policy in the Sphere of Economic Activity"
